I lost 35 pounds and more than 28 inches!

I went from a size 16 to a size 8 petite in just four months with Fibre System Plus, Tri-Lite, Gurmar and Metabolite, and the best part is, four and a half years later, I still feel better than I did in my twenties.

I went undiagnosed with Hosomoto’s Disease (hypo-thyroid) for over six months. I gained more than 60 pounds, my hair was falling out and my body was bloated EVERYWHERE. My doctor told me I was a compulsive eater and that I should exercise and watch what I ate. The sad part is I believed him. When I was finallyly  diagnosed properly, I lost about 20 pounds with medication. I decided that since I had gained it over 40, I could lose it over 40, and hired a nutritionist and personal trainer to help me get my health and body back. I was re-educated with the four food groups and discovered they were not pretzels, soda, non-fat foods and veggies! I was always hungry and tired. For more than eight months I got up at 4:30 am., jogged three miles a day, weight trained every other day, ate a balanced diet of 20 grams of fat and 1000 calories. I was unable to eat a meal with my husband because of my routine. For my reward, I went from a size 16 1/2 to 16! Depressed does not cover how I felt.
