             1) Report to Korean Pharmacist Association on the Alzheimer treatment.

    (1) Filed Patent in Korea for Alzheimer treatment after its effectiveness test (File # 2001-0063778).

     (2) It has been known that acetylcholinesterase inhibitors are effective in enhancing cholinergic activity and useful for memory malfunctioning of Alzheimer’s patients. By a study on structure-activity relationship and structural analysis, we have discovered the potent candidates for acetycholinesterase inhibitor and synthesized a series of piperidinolboutyl benzoate’s derivatives from the reaction of 4[4-(benzhydryloxy)  piperidinol-1-butanol with some para substituted benzoic acid.

             Some of ester derivatives have shown a potent inhibition activity against acetycholinesterase having IC50 values of nM range. Especially, IC50 value of 4-[4-(benzhydroxy) piperidino] butyl 4-chlorobenzoate was found to be 300nM.  

2)      Report on anti-cancer substances to the Korean Pharmacist Association and the Korea Biochemistry Association in 2001.

(1)    Now they are under clinical trial stage.

(2)    Chemotherapeutic drugs comprising cisplatin cause DNA damage and kill cancer cells mainly apoptosis. In particular, the study of apoptosis induced by cisplatin became active research area to understand the molecular basis of CDDP-mediated apoptosis and to improve therapeutic benefits.

  2.    Dim eyes, tired and sore eyes due to conjunctivitis.

        Wash eye areas with 1000:1 diluted E/W and my eyes were bloodshot.   11.   Stomach ache: 8/24/95

I drank one cup of Energy Water (8 ounce of water with 1 Crystal salt bag) and the ache was disappeared in few minutes. I am now taking soup diluted with little bit Crystal salt as a breakfast.

  12.   9/3/95: My ankle was sprained and I sprayed Crystal salt flake at the affected area. I also put my foot in to the Energy Water (1 gallon water with 2 crystal salt bag) for about 30 minutes twice a day. The swollen ankle remarkably improved and the pain was gone.

  G.  Application to Food.

  1.       Put the bean curd in the Energy Water for 1 day and found that toxins were out of the bean curd. Our family has been afraid of agricultural chemical. We decided that we wash all the fruits and vegetables with E/W in order to remove chemicals.

  2.       Cleaned watermelon with E/W, cut into few pieces, sprayed Crystal salt flake and put it in the refrigerator. The watermelon was kept as fresh as the original one for a few days.

  3.       Soak grapes with E/W for about 10 minutes and put them in the refrigerator. You will see that the grapes have been kept as much fresh and sweet as the original one for 1 week.

  H.   Other General Applications.

  1.  Put a fully blossomed rose flower bundle in the normal Energy Water and sprayed crystal salt every other day and changed the E/W every 5 days. The rose flowers were still fully blossomed for 18 days.     

  2.   Flowers and plants:  Applied the E/W the root area every other week for 14 months. The flowers were fresh and not fallen like artificial flowers.

  3.  In case of drunk, bottom up 1 or 2 cups of cold water diluted by 1 bag (per 8 once water) of  crystal salt and you will be O.K. in 1 or 2 hours.

  4.   If you mix the E/W with dog food, your dog will have a great health benefit.

  6.  Glasses stained with old dirt are cleaned with application of normal E/W.
